My blood test came resulted leukocytes at 19,800 and c-reactive protein at 7,17.?

I've had flu symptoms and sore throat on and off for 3 weeks.


Can anyone tell me what might be going on?

Go and let the Doctors test you for anything and everything they can. Be safe.
Reply:it is also common in those with hepatitis-commonly known as inflamation of the liver. mono as well as other diseases could cause this.





to double check, i'd ask the doctor to test you for hepatitis b or c. many who have recent infection can be misdiagnosed with the flu or mono and actually have something like hepatitis c.





always test for antibodies-alt and ast levels can appear normal and you can still be infected!
