It's time for the "heavy smoker" to look for a new job. If you're smoking heavily then you have problems you need to deal with. You're hiding from something. My brother n law was so into smoking weed that he didn't feel "normal" until he was stoned. He'd lost touch with reality. I know you don't want to hear the bs about not doing drugs. Reply:Good luck! I've heard of detox tea, taking aqua tabs(found in the camping section of the store), seen people drink a cap of bleach, and cider vinager. Some of these aren't too smart, but I've seen it done. I'm not a smoker myself, but I know it depends on how much you smoke and how big you are on how easy it will be to clean yourself out. If I were you, I'd find someone with clean urine, put their pee in a condom and tuck it...I do the drug screens where I work, so I've seen this done.
