No. The ONLY way that you will come up positive on a drug test---is if you HAVE been using the drug you come up positive for.

No, My hubby has Hep.C and never had a positive drug test. Some foods can cause it. ie: Poppy seeds come up as opium. Think about the foods you have eated, that is if it is really a faulse result.
