Would a Vitamin C indicator made up cornstarch and water be considered a Titration Acid/Base indicator?

I'm doing a science fair project that tests which common drink has the most Vitamin C. I made a homemade Vitamin C indicator and i wanted to know if that has anything to do with Titration Acids or Base Indicators because i need more information for my Research paper.

Would a Vitamin C indicator made up cornstarch and water be considered a Titration Acid/Base indicator?
No, cornstarch is not a base. You need to titrate it with a strong base such as standardized sodium hydroxide and use a suitable acid-base indicator such as phenolphthalein or bromthymol blue.
